Once we understand your design brief, our design team translate these requirements and ideas into a series of concept sketches. This allows you to start to visualize what your new furniture range will look like.

Initial Meeting

A clear understanding of your design brief is of paramount importance to us, as is the success of your furniture range. This meeting provides an opportunity to communicate your requirements to us and to open a dialogue with our expert designers.

Frame Drawing

When the prototype design has been finalized we use the latest computer software to produce CAD images for the internal frame. This information will be transferred to our on-site frame mill facility who will manufacture the prototype frames.

Based on these approved concepts, our in-house design and development team begin the challenge of turning the concept sketches into a commercially viable product. Utilizing years of knowledge and experience, prototype designs can be developed in an efficient and timely fashion.

Prototype Design

The result of the development phase is a prototype piece of furniture based upon your design brief. This allows you the opportunity to sit on the furniture and see how it looks and feels in a showroom environment. It also allows us to discuss any modifications required before signing
off the design.

Fabric Selection

With an extensive range of fabrics available, we are able to offer advice on the best possible fabric for your design and budget. However, should you require a specific fabric type or design theme we can work with you to incorporate this into the design.
